Winner Winner Chicken Orzo Dinner


Roma Tomato
Italian Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese
Orzo Pasta
Chicken Breast
Panko Breadcrumbs
Parmesan Cheese

Wash, Dry & Cut Produce – Preheat oven 450. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds, cut tomato into wedges then toss zucchini and tomato w/ 1 TBSP olive oil and Italian seasoning. Season w/ slat and pepper. Chop mozzarella into 1/2 thick cubs. Halve lemon.

Roast Veggies – Place veggies on baking sheet. Roast 20min.


Cook Orzo – Once water boils, add orzo. Cook until al dente, 9-11min. Drain and return to pot. Squeeze in juice of half the lemon. Add salt and pepper.

Cook Chicken – Cut three quarters of the way though each chicken breast. Open like a book. Season on both sides with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in pan then add chicken cook until done.

Broil Veggies – With 5min left on veggies, remove baking sheet. Heat broiler to 500. Sprinkle veggies with panic, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Broil until  cheese is melted and panic golden brown about 3-5min.

Finish and Eat – Plate orzo and top with cheesy roasted veggies and chicken breast. Pour over any juices from plate and squeeze remaining lemon.

It was mouthwatering.
