Heart of Obsidian is book twelve in the Psy-Changeling series by Nalini Singh.
It stands as one of the best books in the Psy-Changeling series. I now have a new favorite! Not knowing who the hero and heroine where going into this book was SPECTACULAR! I was Surprised, Amazed, and Blown Away.
I am not going to spoil this book for anyone, because it deserves to be a BIG SURPRISE. I was floored not only by the characters, but the heart-stoping emotions. Ms. Singh is a master storyteller. Everything in this book is necessary in building a dramatic picture. The plot depends, the emotions are intense, and the attention to detail is spectacular. The main characters are real and claw their way into your heart. You can’t help but feel for them. The action is above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I was surprised with the revelations, twist and turns, and everything that we got in Heart of Obsidian.
Heart of Obsidian was a SURPRISE and I would not have wanted it any other way. Outstanding! Fabulous! A truly amazing read that left me reeling for days.

I’ve been writing as long as I can remember and all of my stories always held a thread of romance (even when I was writing about a prince who could shoot lasers out of his eyes). I was born in Fiji and raised in New Zealand. I also spent three years living and working in Japan, during which time I took the chance to travel around Asia.
