All Nala Dixon wants is to make it home to her wolf pack in time for the holidays — alive. But a simple road trip turns into a fight for survival when a gang of vampires turns up, thirsting for her blood. A damn good thing a knight in shining armor rushes to her rescue — and hot damn, it’s Harrison, the sasquatch she’s secretly dreamed of for years. This special edition also includes DESERT WOLF: FRIEND OR FOE, where the sasquatch hero of this book first appeared.
There’s more than meets the eye on TWIN MOON RANCH, home to a pack of shapeshifting wolves willing to battle for life and love.
Also in this series: Desert Fate , Desert Moon, Desert Wolf: Friend or Foe, Desert Blood, Desert Hunt, Desert Wolf 2

** Read as part of the Shifters, Secrets & Surprises
Sasquatch Surprise is a beautiful Christmas novella that gives you a great taste of the authors writing. Ms. Lowe is a fabulous storyteller and she has created a fun shifter romance with unique and enjoyable characters. This one features a Sasquatch, which I have never read before in a shifter story until now.
Harrison and Nala have known each other most their lives. They’ve always been drawn to each other, but things happen and they part ways. They both needed to grow, before they could get their chance.
I very much enjoy the duel-POV’s. It’s always a pleasure to dive into the thoughts of each character and be pulled into the emotions they feel. Things move at a steady pace, with some good action, and a sweet romance. We get a lovely holiday feel that takes place around Christmas time.
I loved this novella. It is a wonderful addition to The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch. It can be read as a stand-a-lone or part of the series. I highly recommend this author and her books.

This was my first Sasquatch. You don’t see anyone writing about them. It was different and enjoyable.
I”ve not read any books with Sasquatch in them (or more than passing or saying that he does exist in that world).
