First Time Rider is a novella that falls into the Skull Kings MC series by Sage L. Morgan. The book was lacking character development as well as an actual story. The writing was disappointing along with the characters and world. Nothing made sense. I had a hard time connecting with any of the characters in this book.
Aspen my god all I got out of her is that she is an easy lay. I could not understand why she did the things she did and what she was thinking. Her ex abused her sexually and yet she has casual sex throughout the book. She is almost raped and then the next thing she is sleeping with Liam. Who does that? Liam really. We don’t get to see his perspective on things. He just is. I could not wrap my mind around any of this. I am turned off of the series.
I received a free copy off Amazon. First Time Rider is a quick read with nothing to keep you hooked or amazed.
