Lure of the Bear is another marvelous addition to the Aloha Shifters: Jewels of The Heart series.
Each book gives us a different shifter and couple to fall in love with. I would recommend reading the series in order, because previous characters appear and play major roles in the storyline, though you can read each book as a stand-a-lone.
We continue on our storyline looking for the magical stones.
Hunter and Dawn where cute together. I loved Officer Dawn Meli the moment she was first introduced in Lure of the Dragon and then in Lure of the Wolf she finds out about shifters. Hunter has known Dawn since childhood and he has also known she is his mate for years. I loved the backstory; between them and that they where a little awkward with each other. These two have a strong connection, but Dawn’s got walls up and Hunter’s got some issues of his own. I loved Hunter and how sweet and understating he was. These two where so much fun to read about.
I also love the storyline with the magical stones and the shifter brothers, who are brothers of the heart. They have come together to make their own family and it’s been wonderful watching each one find his mate and finally find peace and love.
Lure of the Bear is full of suspense, action, adventure, and love. I can’t wait for the next installment.

You are welcome Mary. I love Ms. Lowe. I feel in love with her work reading The Wolves of Twin Moon Ranch and then went into the Blue Moon Saloon series and now we get this wonderful addition.
I hadn’t heard about this series but I love PNR and shifters so this is right up my alley. Thanks for the greta review.
Their are two more books in this series to come before it is complete. Next up is the tiger in the group – Lure of the Tiger. It will be out in Sept. 2017. Then the last man of the group, Silas, is another dragon and the leader of these men. The book will be called: “Love of the Dragon”. Not sure when that one is due out maybe end of 2017 or beginning of 2018. The first book Lure of the Dragons is currently on sale for $.99c.
Ms. Lowe does a wonderful job integrating different types of shifters and also pulling out the emotions for the reader to fall for each one.

This really looks like a cute series. I’ll add book one to my TBR.
I was wondering about this series myself. It has me interested for sure. I thought it was about bears until I went to the authors site and noticed that there are different species involved. It of course has all that I love as well. I’m hoping that she will have more in the series. I’m a series lover and will wait for a bit more to see if she does have more. That way, I can buy from the beginning and not have to go through withdrawals when a book ends. I hate waiting for the next. 🙂
