The eleventh novel in the New York Times bestselling paranormal romance series, Shifters Unbound.

Angus Murray, bouncer for a New Orleans Shifter bar, is sent to round up an elusive, Collar-less Shifter woman, Tamsin Calloway, who is causing trouble for Shifter Bureau, and possesses information they want. If Angus refuses, he risks losing his cub. He finds Tamsin but she's slippery and not about to be rounded up quietly.

In fact, quiet is nothing Tamsin will ever be. She leads Angus on a wild chase, but he's determined to bring her in to save his son.

Can Tamsin convince Angus she's worth helping before she's locked away by Shifter Bureau, Collared, or perhaps killed?

Also in this series: Hard Mated, Dark And Dangerous, Bodyguard, Lone Wolf , Feral Heat, Dark and Deadly

Midnight Wolf is book eleven in the Shifters Unbound series by Jennifer Ashley.

Ashley never fails to deliver. I had a delightful time with Midnight Wolf.

The Gist is that Angus has been ordered – forced by the shifter bureau to hunt down a female shifter. The bureau stole his cub, to force his hand. Not cool, but the shifter bureau isn’t nice.

Angus and Tamsin are night and day. He’s grumpy and growly with a kind heart. She’s full of life and energy. He plans and she jumps right in. They were perfect and charming together. I enjoyed watching them battle and then fall into the romance. We also learn some fun things about Tamsin. She’s not like any of the previous shifters introduced and I love that Ashley has added this new element.

I always adore when we get cubs in the story. Ashley writes the best cubs! They are just so adorable, fun, and precious. I cherished seeing Angus and Tamsin with Angus’s cub. It warmed my heart.

I also loved that we are in New Orleans so, we get to see and visit the sentient house. If you’ve been reading the series, we first meet the house in Wild Things and it pops back up again in Red Wolf. I love this house.

Then their are all the characters. I just love seeing previous characters pop back up and getting new characters to fall in love with.

As always the action is exhilarating. We get to visit a traveling carnival, have some edge of your seat moments, and get some interesting revelations. It’s a fun ride.

Midnight Wolf is a fabulous edition to the Shifters Unbound series. It’s a good time and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

  1. Fabulous review Angela!! Shared on my socials!????

    Have a fabulous weekend!??

  2. I loved this story, but for the life of me I can’t remember what the special thing about Tamsin is! That sentient house was hilarious and I loved how it reacted to Tamsin when Angus was doing what he could to keep her contained there. I love this series and am so excited for the next installment. It feels like it’s been forever!

    1. I can’t wait for the next too. I know it feels like forever. The house is so much fun. I really love seeing it. Thank’s for stopping in.
