It’s a New Year 🥂 and the blog is turning 🎉 12 on January 3rd.  YA!!  It’s been wonderful throughout the years sharing my thoughts on bookish things.  I’m looking forward to another year of the Library Love Challenge and all things books.

 

My Goal for the new year is to work on my TBR and I’ve picked out some reading challenges that will help me Beat The Backlist of titles.

  1. I have many books on my TBR. It’s all listed by genre on an Excel spreadsheet. 🙂

  5. I have so many books on my wish list from previous years, so I am only doing this year–and I have 10 so far.

  6. I probably have 50 books on my TBR, I’m not sure if I’ll get to read them all, but my goal is to read them before 2027

    I have no clue nor do I want to guess. I think that would ratchet my anxiety. I think of a TBR pile as something magical, imaginary, and ever changing.

    Oh my, I have over 5,000+ between print, audio, and ebook TBR. 🙁 But, at least I’d never be at a loss fro books. LOL

  23. I have about 5-6 books at the moment, but I end up always having that list grow before I get to finish through the ones I want to read. My list is always growing.

  32. Happy New Year! I have four serious books on my TBR but if you look at my Kindle it’s more like 100.

  33. I haven’t counted them, but suffice it to say that I use a spreadsheet to keep track of them!

  34. Let’s just say… I added 2 more books to my TBR list within the first hour of 2026!!!
