Welcome to Angel’s Book Nook!
May is finally here, and with it comes the chance to refresh your TBR pile. Whether you’re looking for a steppy romance, a haunting classic, or a dip into the paranormal, I’ve got you covered for this year’s Come What May Giveaway Hop.
📚 Featured Books to Dive Into
I’ve selected a diverse mix of titles that are perfect for those blossoming spring afternoons:
-
A Girl Like Her by Talia Hibbert: A wonderfully sharp and emotional contemporary romance featuring a highly relatable, neurodivergent heroine and the neighbor who can’t stay away.
-
Beauty and the Demon by Aurora Ascher: For my fellow paranormal lovers—this is a lush, dark retelling that breathes new life into a classic trope with high-stakes magic.
-
Just Like Heaven by Julia Quinn: You can never go wrong with the Smythe-Smith quartet. It’s light, witty, and exactly the kind of “feel-good” historical romance we need this month.
-
The Rebel with Broken Strings by Stacey Kennedy: A spicy second-chance Western romance that follows the electric reconnection between a chef and a country music star in small-town Montana.
-
The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux: If you’re feeling a bit more gothic, why not revisit the original source of the world’s most famous mask?
