Livy Kowalski has no time for idiots. When you shapeshift into a honey badger, getting through life’s irritants is a finely honed skill. Until she gets stuck housing her nutso cousin and dealing with her dad’s untimely and unexplained demise.

That’s where Vic Barinov comes in—or his house does. Vic can’t step outside without coming back to find Livy devouring his honey stash and getting the TV remote sticky. It gets his animal instincts all riled up. But he’ll have to woo her at high speed: all hell is breaking loose, and Livy is leading the charge…

Also in this series: Wolf with Benefits, Howl For It, The Mane Event, The Beast In Him, Beast Behaving Badly, Big Bad Beast

I love Shelly Laurenston’s Pride series. We get the same outrageous situations and reactions from both new and familiar characters. I love how Ms. Laurenston can make me laugh my ass off on almost every page as well as make me feel-good. She has a knack for making great characters just keep giving. I have come to look forward to each new book; because of the feel good feeling I’ll get, all the funny hilarious situations and the characters.

Livy is a character that has a dry sense of humor, many don’t get her and even more people fear the little honey badger.

Vic is a ginormous hybrid shifter that most fear him on site and those that don’t see him as an athlete of some nature. Which he hates being compared too.

All the characters in this series have their own unique quirk, craziness, or just simple trait that makes them fun. The lighthearted humor and snark keeps the pages turning. Someone ends up pisses off the honey badger’s and has know idea of what they have brought to their door. Lives are in danger. Venom spiked vodka is to be had. Much happens in this wild and crazy book that you must read it for yourself.

If you love humor and snark in your shifter romance then this one is up your alley. If you are a fan it’s a must read. If you have never picked up Ms. Laurenston’s Pride series then do so. You will have the time of your life.
