  1. Although I have read many books this year, one come to mind frequently–Weighting for Christmas. I have read it four times. I can’t think of another book that has influenced me so deeply. I completely identify with Kate and would have loved to have found my Chad.

  2. Great list! I loved Bound by Flames and I can’t wait for the next book. One of my favorites from this year is Heartless by Marissa Meyer.

    1. Me too I’m excited for the last and finally book “Into the Fire (Night Prince #4) by Jeaniene Frost” Thank’s for sharing one of your favorites.

  3. A few of mine: Eric Lindstrom, J. Daniels, Ann Omasta, Nicole Archer, Martina McAtee, Anna Banks, Renee Carlino, Liza Weimer, Shae Ross. This year I really went out of my way to read new authors.

    1. I ended up reading a bunch of new to me authors too. Dispelled (A Null for Hire, #1), A Promise of Fire (Kingmaker Chronicles #1), Wolf on a Mission (Salvation Pack, #6), & Barbarian’s Prize (Ice Planet Barbarians, #5) where all new authors to me.
That’s great you tried a bunch of new authors. Thank’s for sharing Tammy.

  4. My best read was Gemina,I think is better than Illuminae.Hannah is so funny meanwhile Kady is a little annoying.I didn’t see coming all the plot twist. It was more complicated, the illustations are amazing (thanks to Marie Lu) and the format is once again genius.

    1. I’ve got the next up to read. I finally picked up the Guild Hunter series this year and have been slowly working my way through it. Thank’s for sharing Janie and good luck in the giveaway!

    1. I agree, lots of people have loved A Promise of Fire. It hooked on the first page. Maybe you will check out a few of my picks for best read in 2016. I know their are a lot of great books that came out. Good luck in the giveaway and thank’s for stoping by.

  5. I am definitely interested in Moonshadow! I remember seeing an ad on Goodreads for the book, and for once, the ad made me search more about the product (in that case, Moondshadow). 😀 I loved A Promise of Fire! Breath of Fire was also really good. I’ll be sharing my adult list on Wednesday – today I posted my YA one. My favorite YA book of 2016 was The Forgetting by Sharon Cameron… favorite adult one, probably A Promise of Fire? I also loved Heartstone by Elle Katharine White. Fabulous list, Angela! =)

Check out my Top Ten post!

    1. Both A Promise of Fire and a Breath of Fire where great reads. I can’t wait for the final book in the Kingmaker Chronicles to come out. It’s going to be epic. Moonshadow was awesome. I’m excited for book two. It was one of Ms. Harrison’s best works yet. Hope you get a chance to read it. I’ll have to check out both your YA and Adult picks. Thank’s for stoping by.

    1. Thank’s Christine for checking out my best read for 2016. I got hooked on the Barbarians series from another blogger. Currently I’ve read up to book 6 and am on a little break after that one, but I plan on continuing the series. Good luck in the giveaway.

    1. Both are wonderful books to read. Very excited for the next in each book’s series. Hope you enjoy them and looking forward to your review on both A Promise of Fire and Moonshadow.
