  1. I love novellas. I feel like we get to see more into side characters or other parts of main characters’ lives that we don’t get to see in the main books. Happy New Year! Thanks for the giveaway.

  2. Another great list Angela! My favorite novella this year is Dark Zero by Kresley Cole, it made my top 10 of best books. I loved how this prequel gave us a glimpse at all the characters before they met.

  3. I’ve only read two novellas that were published this year. Of these, Once upon a Moonlit Night by Elizabeth Hoyt was the best.

  4. I’m sad to say that I am not a novella person! Often it’s a waste of money to me ($2.99 for 40 pages just isn’t worth it) — but there have been some novellas that were awesome. Shadows by JLA is one of them – now that is worth my time! I like novella bind-ups too, like HarperCollins did for Tahereh Mafi’s series. ANWAY! Fantastic list, Angela! =)

Check out my Top Ten post!

    1. I won’t pay $2.99 for 40 pages, but most novellas I get are priced under $1.99 and have at least 100 – 150ish pages to them. I really enjoy novellas in series that I have come to love. It’s the added pleasure of revisiting characters you fall in love with or see some of the side characters who don’t get a full story get something.

Thank’s Alyssa for checking out my picks for this post.

    1. I’ve not heard of The Ascension Series. I’ll have to check it out.
Thanks for checking out my picks on Novellas and good luck in the giveaway!

    1. I’m such a fan of your Morgan’s that I can’t pass up an opportunity to feature a book/novella/ and series that I love. ^_^
Thank you for sharing my top picks!

  5. I would say My Star My Love – Eversea Novella by Boyd. Absolutely loved the Eversea series and that makes a huge difference in my reading novellas. I like them to be connected to authors or stories I loved.

    1. Me too Tammy. I love novellas that are in a series I have come to love/enjoy and of course it’s hard to pass up a novella from an other on my must read author list. Thank’s for sharing your pick on novellas and checking out my picks.

  6. I have read a few of these. However, there are a few that have caught my eye as well. Thank you for this chance.

    1. You are welcome Mary. I love to share books with other book lovers and give them a chance to enjoy something new. Good luck in the giveaway!
