Lots of family time!
We hosted extended family for Christmas and for New Year’s we are enjoying a quiet evening at home with just family who live with us.
We are spending the holidays quietly as a family!
I love spending Christmas with family
My holiday plans included brunch at my daughter’s with family and 2 extra friends. For New Year’s Eve, I plan on looking out my apartment window at 13 different firework celebrations with a few illegal ones to add to the dazzling display. Already I hear firecrackers going off and it’s only 6:30 PM.
I don’t really do anything special for the holidays except watch holiday movies.

We had a wonderful family gathering over Christmas.
We spent it at our in-laws, opening presents, eating and playing board games.
I’m hosting a family dinner at my house.
We had a very nice time with family. We visited, opened gifts, and ate – a lot.
Well, our holiday plans fell through as both me and my hubby are sick with Covid…. but, it was still our Lord’s Birthday and that will always be true. Thanks and God Bless!

I spend time with my family on Christmas.
My favorite holiday tradition is our annual family trip to the best tree farm in the area to get hot cocoa and pick out our Christmas tree together, then we go home and decorate it while watching holiday movies.
I usually work through the holidays to let other coworkers have off with their families.
We had a Christmas dinner Saturday and today we had Christmas dinner today at my parents’ house.
My plans are to lay around doing nothing at all or streaming….
our granddaughter turns 1 on Christmas Eve so we’re all getting together the day before and the day of to celebrate

We are doing the standard immediate family Christmas this year … tree, stockings, gifts. My dad LOVED Christmas and, unfortunately, he passed away this year, so I’m hoping to carry his spirit on and make it as special as he used to.
My inlawa always have a huge Christmas party/ reunion/ gift exchange for Christmas
