Reading Challenge

2025 Reading Challenges I’m Participating In

A NEW YEAR and so I’m picking out my CHALLENGES!
This (2025) year I plan to take it easy and try to slowly get back into reading.  I’ve done years with many challenges, but now I need to change.  I’m sticking with Goodreads to keep track of all my books read & The Library Love Challenge. Last, I’m adding a new to me challenge The 2025 TBR Challenge. It sounded fun and it might help get me out of my reading slump.  I might add more Challenges to this post as the year goes on.

CHALLENGES

Goodreads Challenge

Every year I do this challenge. I used to do 150, then bumped it down to 75 and then bumped it down again to 50, but now I’m going to set my goal to 25 for 2025.

    1. Thanks Jamie for visiting. This year I picked a new challenge the TBR Challenge. It sounded fun and I was hoping it would get me to read my own books or pick them up at the library, but also nock out the ever growing TBR. Have a great rest of December!

  1. These reading challenges sound like a great way to focus on books throughout the year.

    1. That’s what I’m going for. I’ve been in a reading slump for a few years now and am looking to change things up and get out of it. I say that every year, but hopefully this will be the year. Thanks for visiting!

    1. The TBR looks fun. I’m already planning out my reads for the Themes. I’m hoping that planning out reads and doing something fun will help me get out of my reading slump. I’m also trying to read a chapter a day or read for 30min. So far it’s working. Hoping to keep that going. Thanks for checking out my post.

  2. Love seeing what your challenge picks will be. I’m doing the GoodReads, Library Love, and the Readalong with you. 🙂 The TBR one looks good especially with the theme ideas. Go get ’em, Angela!

    1. The TBR got me with the Theme’s. I’m hoping it will help me knock out books on my TBR and get me out of my reading slump. I’m also making plans on what books to read for the challenge. I think this might help me too. Thanks for visiting and sharing some of your challenges for 2025.
