This week, we are diving into our Summer 2026 To-Read List.

As many of you know, I am a total mood reader through and through. Sticking to a rigid, pre-planned reading list isn’t really my style—I love letting my current mood dictate what world I dive into next!
That being said, there are a handful of series I’ve already started that I’d really love to make some progress on. While my reading plans have a habit of flying out the window by next week, these are the top titles I’m genuinely hoping to grab from my local library over the next couple of months!

Thanks for stopping by and chatting, Lisa! That’s exactly how it goes—as long as the mood strikes, I’ll get to it. We’ll see! I’m still working on our current read-along for June. I’ve been a bit slow with my listening lately, but that’s okay. It’s a lazy summer!
These look good. Mine is made up of deadline books 😂 I tend to ignore my mood due to the amount of deadline books, but I always choose books that I think I will enjoy so it’s not too much of a chore!

Thanks for stopping by and chatting, Emily! I used to request a lot of review books when I first started blogging, but I got so stressed out. If I didn’t like a book, I’d force myself to finish it anyway just because it was a review copy—even if it originally looked good to me! Now, I read for myself and just pick up whatever I’m in the mood for. I finally got back to what I really enjoy, just being myself and living stress-free.
