Snow. Santa. Snuggles... Stress.

You would think December would be Ivy's ideal time of year. After all, festivities abound and witches everywhere are encouraged to put their feet up and relax. That's not quite the case when she has various Order members attempting to finagle her into Christmas activities and a special artefact from the top of the Christmas tree goes missing. Either someone is attempting to sabotage Winter or something very strange is afoot indeed.

This is a short holiday novella.

Also in this series: Slouch Witch, Star Witch, Spirit Witch

The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Magic is a humors and enjoyable series to read.

Sparkle Witch is a novella set around Christmas time. It’s hilariously snarky and full of shenanigans featuring Ivy, Winter, the Order and Brutus.

This was a fun romp with minimum danger, but supreme fun. It’s got all the magical feel of Christmas time with all the priceless amusing moments with our lazy witch, Ivy.

You do need to read the rest of the series; before picking this one up.

Now, I’m not sure if we are going to get more Lazy Girl’s Guide to Magic, but if not this is a nice place to stop.

    1. I’ve found some interesting and enjoyable reads in KU. With this series the first two where great, 4 stars, then the third was predictable, 3.5 Stars, and last we get a sweet novella, that’s enjoyable. It’s a fun series with lots of laughs and I’m glad I got to read it. It did make me curious to listen to the series and see how the narration is and if the shenanigans come out. Thank’s for visiting!

  1. The series is fun and glad to hear you enjoyed book 1. This novella was a fun Holiday read. I’m happy where the author left the series. Thank’s for visiting!

  2. I really enjoyed the first one and it sounds like the rest of the series is fun, too. I like when an author pauses the series to give one of these shorter side stories where the characters group up for a light time together.
