This mini challenge during the Library Love Challenge ran from June 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025. The only rule is to listen to audiobooks using the library (Libby, Hoopla, etc). And to have fun!

Welcome to my paradise! I'm Angela, the owner, reviewer, and mind behind Angel's Book Nook. I also have the pleasure of hosting the community-focused event, The Library Love Challenge. My reading obsession lies squarely in the thrilling worlds of Paranormal & Urban Fantasy—the bigger the lore, the better! You can always count on me to root for my favorite shifters: dragons! Off the page, I am a dedicated wife, mother, and lover of all animals, especially horses and dogs. As Desiderius Erasmus said, "Your library is your paradise."

Wow! You got a good stack of library audios done for the challenge. I hit an all-time library borrow high for this event so I was really glad it got me motivated.
That’s great to hear we motivated you. I’m happy with my results.
Keep up the library love!
I listened to 13 library audiobooks from June 1 through July 31 (and a few other ones that I own on the side):
1. Snobs, by Julian Fellowes (though, admittedly, it was the abridged version since that was all my library had access to in audiobook format)
2. Nothing but the Night: Leopold & Loeb and the Truth Behind the Murder That Rocked 1920s America, by Greg King and Penny Wilson
3. The Perfect Couple, by Elin Hilderbrand (I was in need of a beach read for another challenge and who better than her?)
4. Time For Andrew: A Ghost Story, by Mary Downing Hahn (a childhood favorite that I actually listened to for the first time on audio! normally I read the print copy that I own – which is also the 2nd copy since the copy I had from childhood had long since fallen apart from repeated reads lol)
5. Inheritance, by Nora Roberts
6. The Mirror, by Nora Roberts (both of these are re-reads, I couldn’t resist doing so even though the third book in the trilogy isn’t out until mid-November *sigh*)
7. A Year of Ravens: A Novel of Boudicca’s Rebellion, by Kate Quinn, et al
8. The Beekeeper’s Apprentice, by Laurie R. King
9. A Monstrous Regiment of Women, by Laurie R. King
10. The Marriage of Mary Russell, by Laurie R. King
11. Beekeeping for Beginners, by Laurie R. King
12. O Jerusalem, by Laurie R. King
13. A Letter of Mary, by Laurie R. King (It has been *years* since I read this series in its entirety, and after reading the latest book in the series [the 19th!], I decided it was high time to go back to the beginning)
Very nice! Great job! Thanks for joining the mini-challenge during our Library Love Challenge.
Well I didn’t put together a post like this but I can certainly add my update to my Sunday post. You read some good books!
I saw The Library Girl do a post and was like I should do one as well. I think I’ll also do one at the end of our BINGO challenge. Looking forward to what you post on Sunday. Thanks for visiting!
