Riley

I was never meant to find out.
No one was supposed to know.
Yet I do.
I know what's coming and it's up to me to stop it, for the survival of my entire race.

Angota

We destroyed Tajss to save it from ourselves.
I've never doubted our cause.
Until her.
Until I find a secret plan that betrays everything my warrior race has ever stood for. Honor, respect, and treasuring our females.
This alien female, this human woman, changes everything.

Red Planet Dragons of Tajss is a prequel to the Red Planet Dragons of Tajss and Red Planet Jungle sereis by Miranda Martin.

We start off on the human ship taking some of earths inhabitants to colonize a new world. The current generation won’t see this new planet, but a plot is afoot by someone to bring this ship down.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this delightful prequel into the world of the Dragons of Tajss.

Our heroine, Riley, is a bit shy and has anxiety issues, but by the end we see her overcoming her shyness. She’s a communication officer on the generational ship and has been secretly communicating with Angota.

Our hero, Angota, is quite yummy. I’d love a dragon of my own. He’s been communicating with someone off-world witch is not allowed, but when his Riley is in danger he does what he can to save his Treasure.

They have an instant connection over the airwaves. Both know it will end, but both secretly feel something and don’t want it to end. Will they get your HEA?

The author did a good job setting up for future books in both the Red Planet Dragons of Tajss and Red Planet Jungle. I look forward to trying out both sereis.

About Miranda Martin

USA Today bestselling author Miranda Martin writes fantasy and scifi romance featuring heroes with out-of-this-world anatomy that readers call ‘larger than life’ and smart heroines destined to save the world. As a little girl, she would sneak off with her nose in a book, dreaming of magical realms. Today she brings those fantasies to life and adores every fan who chooses to live in them for a while.

Though born and raised in southern Virginia, Miranda Martin is a veteran who’s traveled to places like Korea, Hawaii, and good ‘ole Texas. She’s since settled in Kansas, the heart of America, with her husband and daughters, a cat, and wishes for a pet dragon or unicorn. When she’s not writing, you can still find her tucked away somewhere with a warm blanket and her nose in a book.

    1. I binged the Red Planet Jungle series. The stories are quick, sexy, and something to past the time. I enjoyed them. I’ll be trying the Red Planet Dragons of Tajss this year once I kick this bug I have. Thanks for visiting and happy reading!
