This fierce dragon warrior wants forever but that’s the one thing I can’t give him... no matter how much I want to.
Othim wants to lay his claim and for the sweltering hot, seven-foot tall, alien dragon-man, that means forever. Zmaj mate for life, never choosing another. There is no "until death do you part" for them.
There's something messed up deep inside me, all the way on a genetic level. I'm going to die early, just like my mother did, and I can’t do that to Othim. I can't promise him forever when I know it's a lie. I don’t have forever.
He has to be wrong. I can't be his fated mate, that would be too cruel. He’s going to have to turn his attention and ‘claim’ to one of the other girls. It’s the right thing to do, I know it is, even when it hurts so much.
But this stubborn and willful dragon won't take no for an answer.
Fated mates? Check! Instalust/love? Check! A damaged heroine and an alpha male who will do literally anything to save her? Double check! You're going to love Miranda Martin's, Eve’s Salvation - Red Planet Jungle #5.
Eve’s Salvation is a novella in the Red Planet Jungle by Miranda Martin.
This sereis does need to be read in order. It’s another quick read that follows the humans from the multi-generational ship that crashed on Tajss.
Eve and Othim are good together. Though its another too short story and I felt it should have been longer. This one deals with personal issues, breaking down those issues, bringing hope and happiness. It’s quite an emotional read for a short story.
Eve’s Salvation was another delightful quick read. I’m continuing on.

How unusual to have a big emotional kick in a sci-fi romance. Sounds like a good series I’ll have to keep it in mind.
