There's an old saying that no plan survives contact with the enemy. But what if the enemy is your fated mate?

Asia

Falling in love wasn’t part of the plan.

I was supposed to be "captured", gather intel from the inside, then be rescued and returned to safety.

But the moment I saw the enormous, electric blue scaled alien dragon warrior, my heart leapt into my throat. He’s Order, the enemy, but I can't help but notice the way he looks at me.

He still locks me in a cage though.

Velyk

The fate of Tajss rests on us, the loyal brothers of the Order, but some of us have lost their way. I will not waver. The cause is too important and the sacrifice too great.

The sudden appearance of the human female ruins everything when my dragon breaks free of its chains, despite all my years of training. It demands that I grab her, take her, carry her away and make her mine. My treasure.

Yet as difficult as it is, I control my primal urge and allow her to be taken into custody. But when the Order’s plan for her races towards fruition, my resolve is sorely tested.

Do I keep my oaths or betray everything for love?

Fated mates? Check! Instalust/love? Check! A smart and sassy heroine and an alpha male who will do literally anything to protect his mate? Double check! You're going to love Miranda Martin's Asia's Fate - Red Planet Jungle #8.

Also in this series: Red Planet Dragons of Tajss, Ziva's Prince, Leah's Hero, Mick's Claiming, Eve's Salvation, Belle's Knight in Shining Armor

Asia’s Fate is another short story in the Red Planet Jungle by Miranda Martin.

In this one we infiltrate The Order and so the seeds of doubt. We learn that The Order’s leader is evil, he’s brainwashed the members, and that only a few close to the leader are evil. We also lean that there are other survivors from the generational ship.

Asia and Velyk are good together. Asia is draw to Velyk and wonders if they are fated. Velyk is torn between his new feelings and his loyalty to the order. It’s another quick insta romance.

Asia’s Fate was another delightful quick read.

Rated: 3.5 Stars

About Miranda Martin

USA Today bestselling author Miranda Martin writes fantasy and scifi romance featuring heroes with out-of-this-world anatomy that readers call ‘larger than life’ and smart heroines destined to save the world. As a little girl, she would sneak off with her nose in a book, dreaming of magical realms. Today she brings those fantasies to life and adores every fan who chooses to live in them for a while.

Though born and raised in southern Virginia, Miranda Martin is a veteran who’s traveled to places like Korea, Hawaii, and good ‘ole Texas. She’s since settled in Kansas, the heart of America, with her husband and daughters, a cat, and wishes for a pet dragon or unicorn. When she’s not writing, you can still find her tucked away somewhere with a warm blanket and her nose in a book.
